Bobby Clark is an attacking player who can play anywhere across the forward line and in midfield. The son of former Newcastle United midfielder Lee Clark, Bobby was sought after by a lot of clubs but Liverpool secured the services of this exciting talent. Clark came off the bench with nine minutes remaining of Liverpool's 9-0 rout of Bournemouth on 27 August 2022. He also started the League Cup third round tie against Derby County at Anfield and for the remainder of the season was a mainstay in central midfield for the Under 21's.

Clark signed a new five-year contract on 1 September 2023. He featured much more in the 2023/24 season, making ten Premier League matchday squads. He appeared in twelve games in all competitions scoring his first goal against Sparta Prague in the Europa League round of sixteen. During the summer Clark was sold to RB Salzburg, managed by Liverpool's former assistant manager Pep Lijnders, for £10 million. After Lijnders was sacked in December, Clark barely featured and he was not included in the squad for the Club World Cup. He then joined Derby County on loan for 2025/26.
